Returns & Refunds Policy
Contact us first: All return or refund requests must be initiated by emailing rylanstern74@gmail.com within the timelines below. Do not send items back without authorization—unauthorized returns may be rejected.
Returns (90)
We accept return requests within 90 days of delivery for eligible items.
To be eligible, your item must be:

unused and unopened
-
in its original packaging
-
in the same condition you received it
-
accompanied by proof of purchase (order number/receipt)
To start a return, email rylanstern74@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is approved, we’ll send return instructions.

Important: Items sent back without first requesting authorization will not be accepted.
Personal Care / Beauty Products (including body mists & fragrances)
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on personal care/beauty products once delivered, including body mists and fragrances—except in cases of damage, defect, or wrong item received (see below).
Damages, Defects, or Wrong Item
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact rylanstern74@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:

a brief description of the issue

clear photos (and if applicable, photos of the packaging and shipping label)
Once reviewed, we will offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement (if available) or a refund.
Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for:

personal care/beauty products (as stated above)

sale items
-
gift cards
-
hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If your item is eligible for return, the fastest way to get what you want is to complete an authorized return (if applicable) and place a new order.
European Union: 14-day right of withdrawal
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery.
Note: This right may not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed, which can include personal care/beauty products.
To request a withdrawal, email rylanstern74@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. If approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
Refunds
If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after approval, but your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
If you haven’t received your refund 15 business days after approval, contact rylanstern74@gmail.com.
