Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-demand periods, processing may take longer.

Shipping times vary by destination and carrier. Estimated delivery windows begin after your order is processed.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates and any applicable fees are shown at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available). Tracking can take 24–72 hours to update after shipment.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, you may be responsible for reshipping costs.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Delayed shipments: If tracking shows delays, please allow a few extra business days.

Marked delivered but not received: Check around your delivery location and with household members/neighbors, then contact the carrier. If you still can’t locate the package, email us at rylanstern74@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery scan and we’ll help review options.

Lost in transit: If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, contact us and we’ll investigate with the carrier.
Damaged Packages / Wrong Item
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, email rylanstern74@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:

photos of the item

photos of the packaging/shipping label (if applicable)
We’ll review and offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement (if available) or a refund.
International Shipping & Customs (if applicable)
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These charges are determined by your country and are the customer’s responsibility. Customs processing may also cause delays.
